Our Patio Homes are single level ranch style homes situated on their own lots. A distinctive and spacious floor plan was designed with a wealth of amenities including: extra large room sizes, two bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms, lots of closet space, a country kitchen with separate dining area, a one car garage, a full-size laundry room, private yards and much more! All outdoor maintenance for yards, gardens, and common areas is included. We have two Patio Home locations:
  1. Oldfield Road - Five minutes from Lakewatch, Westlake Towne Center, & the Hales Ford Bridge
  2. Poplar Court - convenient to Smith Mountain Lake, Rocky Mount, and the Southlake area.
